Testimonials

ClaresholmThe Town of Claresholm and its partner Calgary Catholic Immigration Society engaged the services of TNC Publishing in 2021-2022 for the development of a Welcoming Claresholm Magazine Publication. The purpose of the magazine was to provide knowledge and advice to the community’s newest residents.

The pandemic was a particularly challenging time to develop a small-town publication. While business owners navigated the severe and ever-changing public safety measures that were in effect, advertising was not a top priority for many of them. However, the persistence of TNC Publications Business Development staff, Dale Schmaltz, played a significant role in the success of the Welcoming Claresholm Magazine. Dale made himself available throughout the process, and made as many trips to Claresholm as the job required. The design staff were helpful and patient, working with all the stakeholders until every last detail was just right.

TNC Publications provided good value for the service we received, delivered on their promises, and went above and beyond to mitigate the challenges of COVID. I would recommend the services of TNC publishing.

Sincerely,
Brady Schnell

Town of OkotoksWe are pleased to provide this letter of recommendation from the Town of Okotoks Economic Development Office.

It is clear to us that TNC Publishing takes great pride in the work you produce. We have enjoyed working with you over the past four Okotoks Business & Relocation Guides including our most recent issue which was completed in March 2011.

Your advertising sales team knows how to get community support and buy in and their emphasis on relationship building and customer service is evident. We know things are going well when we have a waiting list from one publication to another or when people call me asking to speak to your sales staff.

We have also enjoyed the great service provided by your graphic design team and we appreciate their patience during the final proof stages. We know these publications are a group effort and your team of professionals certainly know how to deliver results. This year in particular we appreciate the extra efforts to ensure the cover pages in publication reflected the premium quality gloss we were seeking in addition to the Forestry Standards Council certified paper and recycled content. These measures demonstrate your flexibility in meeting the client’s needs.

Thank you again for all that you have done to assist in promoting Okotoks, Alberta.

Best wishes.

Sincerely,
Shane Olson, B. Mgt.

Drayton ValleyIn March 2010, The Drayton Valleyand District Chamber of Commerce invited TNC publications into our community to help us publish a quality magazine about our area and our local businesses.

Andy Stiewchuk was welcomed into our community with open arms. Our Chamber did an extensive review on TNC publishing and we knew that the end product would add value to our community. We were not disappointed from the response of our local businesses being definitely positive.

As our president, I had the wonderful opportunity to work closely with Andy and Brian. Andy is very dedicated to his job. The Drayton Valley and District Chamber of Commerce would like to thank TNC publishing for delivering a quality magazine that our community truly respects. We will strongly recommend TNC publishing.

Thank you,

Lacombe-testimonial-lgeWhat a pleasure it was working with yourself, Mike Yakiwchuk and Anne Allen on the publication of Living Lacombe. This magazine extols the high standards your firm employed throughout its creation and is a reflection upon the staff you employ.

Mike Yakiwchuk, was respectful and honest in his dealings with me, and the overwhelming response he received from our local merchants is a true testament to his character. This response enabled the Town to incorporate so much more detail into our magazine, and to make it the outstanding magazine that it is. Thank you Mike for all your hard work.

Anne is a hidden gem to your organization! Her artistic design was exemplary, her subtle suggestions appreciated and her patience with our many changes was remarkable. She is a keeper.

Brian, on behalf of the Town, I would like to thank you for the opportunity of working with yourself, and your staff to produce a magazine we are all so very proud of. A job well done, is an understatement.

Thank you.
